Terms & ConditionsNon-Delivery & Cancellation Wineparties.co.uk Ltd offers a full, no-quibble, 7-day refund, covering all party packs and their contents, giftware or wine bought through the wineparties.co.uk web site, which is damaged in transit or due to product failure. If any bottle is broken or spoilt upon delivery we'll replace it. You may cancel your order for any reason up to and including 7 days from the date of delivery of your order, provided the goods (party pack, giftware or wine) are unopened and intact. We will refund the price of the order within 30 days from the date of cancellation.Occasionally, we do have to substitute wines for a later vintage or an alternative of equal or greater value. If you are unhappy with any substitutions you receive we will arrange collection at our cost. Claims for non-delivery must be made within three months of your order date. Any complaint is taken very seriously and we endeavour to respond to complaints as soon as possible.
